i have a taxidermest in ct that mounts my stuff he has done a couple red kokes for me came out awesome he sez kokes are hard to do though but they look cool when done i will try to post a pic

For a serious response, I'd google fish replicas. There are some first class taxidermist and fish replicaters that make the fiberglass or more mold mounts. I grabbed a brochure from a high dollar outfit at the ISE show. Their stuff was very pricey but looked unbelieveably real.
