strawberry 09-05-08

Me and my dad went up to strawberry today and fished over between mud creek and where the strawberry river comes in. 30-40ft of water. I only ran one berry kokanee setup (pink) and ended up stumbling into two in full spawn(First full spawned out hookjaws for me). May have caught more if my dad would run a koke setup rather cutt stuff. From the looks of the fish in the river the fish i got a picture of would be average to the fish that were staging up the river. Cutt action was non stop till about 11:00.

nice pic,s. i was going and didnt get up power outage last night. going sunday now i think. fish until about 5 then head to the narrows. hike for a bit.then call and tape elk till a litle before dark. i love this time of yr!!!thumbsup
