Hi All!
Well I finally got my 14 ft. wooden Guide Boat re-varnished (8 coats) and all I can say is "She looks Purddy!thumbsup".
Tuned up old reliable -> 3hp British Seagull.
Got her in the water for the 1st time last night up at West Hill Pond, here in Ct.
On the water at 7:30 PM and off at 1:00 AM.
Fished the 1st cove in 46 ft. of water with magotts and corn -> 4 to 6 turns off the bottom.
BEAUTIFUL night -> Dead Calm, warm, and NO Biting Bugs!
Caught my limit of 8 Kokes for the 1st time out thumbsup!! (All around 14").
Kokanee for supper tonight tongue2!
Might go out again tonight.
Not a Bad Start for the season 101bananna101!
