Tonight I messing around trying to incorperate a hoochie onto the bottom of a jig but what happened next was a accident...
As I was pulling the skirt over a bead chain (used inside the hoochie with a treble hook on the end) the hoochie skirt ended up being inside out. Doing this made the hoochie look completly different...it put a natural flair into the skirt! This looks to be an alternative to adding stuff inside the skirts to get them to flair out for more action and atttraction.
I tried doing it on the end of a pencil and it worked great! What I did was put the hole in the hoochie's nose over the sharp end of the pencil and pull the skirt down over the head towards the eraser. Here's a couple picture's of before and after and one of the jig. thumbsup
