Where do you guys buy your dakota blades and what is the best size and colors?

Look at Jannsnetcraft and Lurepartsonline. First order, get some #2's & #3's to see which you like better. I usually run #3's on all the blade styles I use.

I use the 1" blades which I think are size 1's. Super D, are your spinners larger to warrant the larger blades or is it that the larger ones have better action?

As for color, I have a bunch but ones I build the most with are green, pink, orange, chrome and black. For the most part, the normal Koke colors.

You might be right. I agree with the 1" part but I thought the 1" was a #3 like in other styles such as Colorado and Indiana blades.

I picked up some #3 blades from lure parts online and they are 1". I think different suppliers have differing ideas on sizes. I think cabelas #3's are like 1&1/2". Pretty good price, 60 blades shipped for just under $17.
