I will be visiting some friends in Eugene the last week of July. Does anyone know where I can fish close by. I am most interested in salmon but my wife wants a little more cod in the name (ocean fishing). Our friends don't fish and we will be looking to catch a ride with somebody or maybe hire a charter. Any suggestions.
