SuperD Moderator Joined Jan 22, 2009 Messages 3,859 Location Utah Aug 10, 2011 #2 Advantages and disadvantages with both. Fillets lose a little bit more meat. Full bodies won't take grill or smoker flavor as well. For Kokes I plan on canning, I poach full bodies and get near 100% of the meat.
