Just recieved a report from my body who fished the north fork for eight days took home 27 steelhead. They caught and released 45 fish total. They were fishing an area that I could not get out of if I had gone down and fished with them. They were caught on jigs and trout beads. Depth was real important. Once they found the right depth they hammered them. They said they would pack me out if they had too. I don't think so. One day out of eight they never caught a fish. These guys are hard core fisherman. On the water before daylight and off the water after dark.

Ken,
One of these days I'm going to have to try and fish for steelies. Good talking to you this morning. As we discussed, I'll be up in Moscow next weekend and the weekend after that. From that point on I'll be trying to get on the water somewhere. Also, glad to hear your wife's surgery went well. Take care and talk to you later.
