I couldn't have asked for a better morning on the water. We lucked out with sunshine and a mellow wind on the Columbia for the last morning of springer season below Bonneville.

Guide Chris Sessions helped me knock Chinook off my WA Grandslam list! It wasn't a hog, but this 13lb. buck was a fun catch to kick off my fishing season. We managed to land 2/3 between myself and my neighbor.

Glad to hear of your sucess. You've been pretty quiet. Too much Work, and not enough play?
Wil you be able to come up and look over American Lake this Saturday? The Wounded Veterans Fishing Day is the 28th.

Thanks Chris. Unfortunately I won't be able to trek north to the event on Sat. Next week is the finals week for this term of grad school so I'll be busy making sure everything is done.

But, after that I'll be back out on the water with the rest of the weekend warriors!

I'll connect with Kokonuts this week so he can bring up some promos for the event.
