Tough one today! Fished from 7:30am to 1:30pm, we put 5 in the box, lost 5.
fish were 13 to 14 inch. Big differance from 2 weeks ago when we put 25 to the boat. The lake is rising fast, the Mossy Rock dock is now in the water. The clarity of the water is way down, 5ft visibility max. I'm sure that the current water conditions have slowed the bite down. We talked with 2 other anglers on the water, they too were having a slow day. The fish we did catch were on Shasta Tackles purple haze wiggle hoohcie and Victoria's Tackle secrete's coho killer spinner in the top 15 ft of the water column, all tipped with raw shrimp with preditor scent added.
