First decent weather day in weeks up here. Went out this morning and not even a strike, just a small bass on the long line. Could not find any schools, just individual arches 45' to 75+' and they were far and few between. Same thing happened last year. Did mark some decent sized bait balls at depth(next year's kokes?) Will give it one more shot next week.

Ron, keep at it. I got 2 kokes, a really nice steelhead and a walleye. The young man fishing with me wanted to release the fish which was good. I did manage to talk him in to letting me keep the walleye. More beautiful male salmon this year then I have seen before. I hope that is good.
