Northern CA fall trout fishing

Im going to visit my son in Tracy for a couple weeks aroung Thanksgiving . WE planned to go fishing at Pardee , but I see its going to be closed . We fished Collins a couple yrs ago , and its open . Any other suggestions ?

Amador is in the same area as Pardee, a little further south is New Malones. Not sure of lake conditions.
