Pure sonar is all I need. I don't want to spend alot, but willing to spend what ever it takes to reliably see where the Kokanee are. Plenty of time to save my lunch money, before I need it. Pretty much switching to hunting mode now as it starts in 17 days. Thanks
IMO, the primo pure sonar is a Furuno 587 with the Airmar transducer, cost is about a grand. Going up in price, some of the Garmin products with chirp technology look pretty exciting.
