2016 Big Fish McClatchy Record Breaking Results!!
Well, the 2016 John "Big Fish" McClatchy 6th Annual Fishing Derby is officially in the record books.
With beautiful weather and Magic Reservoir at full pool 83 Adult anglers and 10 Junior anglers came out to test their skills at landing the "Big Fish" of the day. This year we broke a record with the "Biggest Fish" ever in this tournaments history being brought to the scales by local angler Lyman Bridge of Bellevue.
With a record turn, out and generous donations from local participants we were able to payout $2100 in total prize money this year to the successful anglers. With donations still coming in for Camp Rainbow Gold we are currently at $4000 and counting. Once again, another record set thanks to the awesome folks who participate in this Derby each year for such a great cause.
