Welcome aboard jakelunde! I haven't read any reports on Baker or Shannon on here yet...be sure and give a report if you head up that way. Have you fished Lake Stevens at all? I've read there's some nice size ones in there...16-18".

I have not fished there, but late season in the past I've had luck with maggots for bait, and a red fly or pink spoon behind a #10 Dave Davis lake troll.

With the water temps cooling down be sure to watch your speed.

fished stevens super bowl sunday, 1 12 incher at 30' saw alot of sonar pings at 45' 75' hope this helps. i was using a red wedding rings and corn

Gene, I was at the launch on Sunday when you where pulling out (blue Duroboat). Good to see someone from this site out there! I grew up fishing Baker and have always done well with maggots right off the Kulshan launch.
