can you tell me wats the best carp bait there is

what area of Canada are you in? I live about 10 miles south of the sumas crossing . Some of my friends fish the Vedder river. Somr reports of cars being spray painted or broken in to. Hope it's not that way in your area.
We have lots of Canadian friends, boaters, and property owners in this area. Most are good neighbors.
