Welcome to the site. Sorry to hear CT has stopped stocking Kokanee in the state. Looks like Nantahala Lake in the mountains of NC with it's naturally reproducing kokanee population is soon going to be the only place to catch a kokanee in the East.

Life is Good Got off to a late start. Heavy lake fog did not burn off till about 10 am. Then I could find the kokes. Finally I nailed one. Had it for dinner. The kokes are definitely going deeper. Life is Good!

Another banner day at the Nantahala. Caught these 4 16"+ kokes this morning. The bite is really on. Sorry no picture of me this time as my wife was out shoppinglaugh hyst. These kokes will grill up excellent on my new Weber Spirit grill.
