went up on Friday. we ended up taking home 12 nice trout, but not one kok. I'm not sure what is going on with them. the water temp. was 40.5, and that's what it was last year at this time when we were hammering them. we tried everything, at every depth, everywhere. no kokanee yet

we went up fri afternoon and fished from 130 to 600. boated 9 trout, lost 3, and let 3 go. No koks at all. Not even the lost ones felt like a kok. We were marking big schools at 50-60 feet, but nothing. I tried all depths, and every color I got. Must be too early in the year. But last year I...

huh, I have never had a problem at arrowrock. most people are real nice. but you can find the random asshole pretty much everywhere. I like it because the wind is usually less than at lp, and less traffic. On another note, anyone been to lp lately? I want to get in an afternoon trip today...

went up yesterday. Beautiful day, but the koks were not biting. The road was also beautiful. I don't know how many of you went up there last spring, but you literally had to do 5-10 mph. I was able to keep a good speed, hardly any potholes. Water temp was 39*, and I marked 3 schools all day long...

I rarely catch pikeminnows in the early season. By the time they start to bite, I'm up at Anderson every weekend. Right now is the time to hit arrowrock. I wanna try lucky peak, but its always windy, and so much traffic.

has anyone seen the water levels of lucky peak and/or arrowrock? I want to try out arrowrock on fri, but am unsure of the water level, or ice situation. I could hit lucky peak, but I haven't fished it much, and don't really know the fish like I do at arrowrock.

Hit up arrowrock last fri. Got to the fishing spot around 11am, and had my limit by 1pm. Great fishing and very few squaws. The size seems to be getting better. My first fish was a dink, but the other 5 were over 17in. one was almost 20. And I WILL share a bit of info, as I have found there...

true, we all have the right to be there. But, no one has the "right" to fly by you at 35 mph when you are doing 2. Especially when they are 20 feet away from you with a half mile of open lake on the other side. People need to pay attention more and be more thoughtful. There is no reason for a...

try moving down to fall creek. I have noticed when lime gets hit hard buy boats, the fish will move around more. I have done well in front and just upstream from fall creek when lime is slow.
