See this thread: http://kokaneefishingforum.com/fishing-forums/showthread.php?t=1875 and look at the plywood photo. It shows how I mounted tee-nuts to the bottom of the wood. The screws keep the tee-nuts from falling out into the bilge if the pedestal is not attached.
