    Water temp monitor gear

Dubob I have purchased the Fish Hawk about 3 years ago. If you believe in water temp to harvest fish then that the tool for you. You drop it down in the water column and it gives you a water temp every 5 ft. A good example you here other fisherman talk,I graphedfish all day threw everything in...

Fairweatherman Great question, when the best time, ask ,try to talk with someone been on your body of water. Water temp is important. Ask on the forum for a fishing report maybe someone been out and about. For a set back place one at 60 one at 70 and see what working if there isn't a lot of boat...

Hoochies/tube flys by themselves, or with a spinner blade

More food for thought be careful on trolling speed to slow a troll you won't get the results you need with spinner blades. I love Macks smile blade there designed for low trolling speed I starting using them some time ago and work great also on a tube fly. Trolling speed very important with...

Hoochies/tube flys by themselves, or with a spinner blade

Billa When I fish tube flys/ mini hoochie. I never really fish hoochies. I use 12# Flor leader approx 8/10 inches behind a wobbler. The wobbled give the tube fly action or your hoochies. I like Arrow flashers by paulson cascade. Solid silver,24ct gold. On real cloudy days copper.

What’s everyone’s best modification you have done to your boat.

I've added a bow mount 101 ripe tide open up so much more fishing opportunities, and up graded my electronic to a Garmin 741s with downview ,chirp, very happy with the results.

    Hoochies, Short or Long

I started to experiment with Crystal flash,an started going into fly shops, this really open my eyes and imagination these guys are way ahead of us when it comes to fshing. Everything you need is at a fly shop, different colored rabbit fur, feathers, all can be made into tubefly. You don't need...

    Who uses braid?

Breaded vs mono I agree with super D x2 in the first part of the season, the kokanee are developing in size faster than bones there for soft mouth, were the Fsh are pulling off. Braided line compound the problem, I agree for jigging braided is absolutely fine. I'm a 10 # Max guy. Braided line...

Lamaglass CG 80 GH Kokanee/Trout trolling rod

CO fisherman Read your post, I owned numerous lamiglass rods and actually find them to be a fantastic rod. I would make my concern felt and contact the company and voice your concerns. They can't fix it if they don't know about it. Firmly believe your post. I personnel only use one piece rods...
