Obviously you out of state fishermen don't know what happened at the Legislature that precipitated this. First, about 1/2 the funding was cut out of the bill. Second, the Legislature allowed WYO Game and Fish to only hire one additional full time employee for this program. Only one!! Then...

The bottom line is the greatest threat to WYO waters getting impacted by AIS is from out of state boats. I have no problem at all with an out of state boat having to pay $30 a year to fish Wyoming. Personally I would have liked to seen that fee higher.
