    Dude in a 8 foot pontoon with gas outboard...

    every "craft" should have to be registered. doesnt cost that much and think of all the added benefits for EVERYONE. its a little irritating that all these rafters/kayakers have to pay NOTHING....yet they complain the most about motorized use.....while we foot the bill. okay, rant over.

    well, just got the rear section done. i know its not much, but its a start. i wasnt sure about building up the bottom end of the blank, where the reel seat goes, but i had a really good fit with the rest of the tape. should i have just left that out? i dont think it will be an issue...or i hope...

    was on the water yesterday from about 6 a.m. - 11 a.m. pretty slow for us. boated 5 and lost 5. wind was almost unmanagable. had to cut the kicker and troll with the main motor. decent amount of boats on the water. saw quite a few picked up.
