Fished from 7 am to about 1130 on the 5th. Only caught two kokes, lost 1 or two more, and three trout. hardly marked anything either. The ones we did catch we never marked on the finder. Now DR for us so all long lining.

We are so looking forward, and waiting eagerly to get out. My daughter asks every weekend, is it time, is it time. My little blue boat is ready to get after it. Thanks for all the updates so far.

Spent the morning up today. Landed 9 lost a few more. Morning started off real slow, got busier later in the morning on the bite. Fished west of the giant balls. All were caught at about 30 ft, just long lining with weight.

Hit the resevoir from 7-12 is today. Fished around the dam. We landed 7 kokes and 1, trout. Missed 4-5 more. All were about 14 inches, but good and fat.

We spend the morning up around the damn as well. Got there around 9am. Landed 5 decent kokes, all about 14 inches, and 5 decent rainbow. Seemed like everytime we landed on, some boat pulled in right behind us, caught nothing, then left.

We fished from 2-430. Landed on koke and a rainbow. had two other on that we could not land. Do not know the exact depths. Had three lines, one lead line at 6 colors in the water, another with 3oz of weight 85ft behind the boat, and another with 2 oz about 50 ft behind. All different tackle.

Hit the lake early this morning for a couple hours, blew our little boat all over. Had on hit and that was about it.

Thanks, glad to be aboard. I have an old 14ft Naden aluminum boat with an old 18hp evinrude on it. I have heard Kokanee fishing can be addicting, really looking forward to getting after it. Don't think the wife is as excited as I am though, the daughter is super excited though.

Hey all, just happened on this site, really glad I found it. I just got myself a little boat this year, and looking forward to starting to do some Kokanee fishing this year. We were planning on heading up to Lucky Peak today, but with this wind, it would have blown us all over the place...
