change over to a Chamberlin release that will solve the problem of broken tips.

Chaimberlain Release I do love the Chaimberlain Release once you get it set you don't have to worry about it until you change to something that has more drag. It would be hard for someone to get me to go to a different type of release.

The other half cooked up some we caught yesterday. I'm not a big fish eater unless it is in the form of fish and chips type of fish but this fish is good NO tartar sause needed and the best part the other half says just gut them lean the head and all on. Gotta love a woman like that.

I think the lake has been holding about that level for a few weeks. You lose a little dock usage but it is still good for launching. I put my 20 ft hewes in about 3 weeks ago no problems other than waiting to launch or retrieve the boat.

It was raining, the wind was blowing and had 2.5 to 3 ft swells. We ended up bringing at least 25 fish to the boat (lost count) and we even had one double There were 4 of us fishing and were able to keep 2 It ended up being a great day (June 18)

Got out to Yale yesterday and the water looked a little better. also talked to 3 guys coming in and all 3 were able to put some meat in the cooler. Things are starting to look good.

At the same time I have heard about rubbing the slime from a fresh caught fish on your dogger works wonders also it seemed to help me some. just realized I have just resurrected a long forgotten thread.
