Went half day Saturday morning and half day Wednesday afternoon. Tried lots of different combinations at random depths caught and released many trout. Big zero on he salmon. The road was great on Saturday (newly graded) Wednesday wasn’t bad but a few washboard areas. Water temp was 39-40 ...

Thanks for the report. I fished one day last week with the same results. The water temp was 37 degrees , so needless to say, It is probably still to early! With the low night time temperatures there might be a little ice to deal with this week. Good luck to all!

Thanks for your report. Sounds as though changing the Kokanee limit to 15 was premature. How many boats and other Kokanee fisherman did you observe? Was there heavy Kokanee fishing pressure in your opinion?

I have not been out in several weeks. What I can tell you is,that if the reservoir is low there is a secondary launch at elk creek. It is primitive with no dock but will get you in the water with most fishing/jet boats. Prob not good for a big pontoon etc. Good luck!
