Berkley Power Maggots in pink worked well for us. Tip your hook with a maggot, and use your favorite scent. You should be pleasantly surprised. They also sell them in white and chartreuse, but didn't get around to trying those colors.

Can you guys tell us the model number of the rod, and it's specs (i.e. length, action, # guides, recommended line size, etc.)? Also, where are you ordering the rod? I don't believe it's on Lamiglas' website yet.

I understand it's illegal to tip your lures with corn at FG. Can somebody recommend some favorite alternatives to real corn. I'm planning a trip there this season and could use some advice.
