Our total was a double of juvinile kokes around 12" that we released, a fat 17" koke, and lost a similar fish behind the boat. All, hours apart and in different areas.

Downriggers allow you to fish in crowded surroundings which we are seeing more of and are quicker at getting your lure to the depth you are looking for.

There is a small summit or two with many curves between Markley & Capell if your tow rig is a little small. I usually mix it up from time to time.

I would check the runoff. My family is saying it's a little late this year so that should be a good basis on whether to go stream or lake.
