I am new to Kokanee fishing. Have had some success at LP but not the kind I would like. What months are ideal?

Boated 50 on the 28th. Fish were on the bottom in 12-15 feet. It is hit and miss I think.

Was up at CJ today. Had a little luck in the narrows, but never really found the crappie. Anyone had any luck lately or know where they are?

Barometer? Ken, CJ can get real rough, it doesn't take much wind with the depth of that reservoir. What is an ideal barometric pressure?

Crappie!!!!! I've been waiting for the crappie fishing to get good. How deep were they? Thats a nice catch by the way.

Thanks for the reply. The bit about pike minnows is definately helpful. I've been to arrowrock three times and have always wondered what was down there. I'm thinking I was in them just not catching them. I will keep at it.

I am knew to the forum but have been following it for a few weeks. I am also new to Kokanee fishing but a good student. I am a trout fisherman mostly which leads to me question. Today I was at Arrow Rock and I know the kokanee should be at a depth of 20-40 feet. I was picking up fish however...
