Get your cameras ready to capture all the good 4th of July grilling and baking. Let's share what the grub looked like before we devoured it!

We didn't have any extended family over this 4th, so we kept things small. I smoked a small 4lb pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches, a small 5lb brisket and some ribs. For sides we had baked beans (Mark's recipe from the first KFF bash at the Gorge), potato salad and fruit.

I cooked enough to have left overs for the rest of this week mememe

Can you believe that some folks don't like leftovers? I'm just dying for it to be lunch time today!!

I really like the pulled pork for leftovers. I think the flavor really sinks into the meat after letting it refrigerate for 24 hours after smoking. I rarely eat it the same day I smoke it anymore.

My ribs turned out darn near cook off quality this batch.
