Went up to the gorge for the weekend even with the wet forecast. The weather was great, with just a short period of light sprinkles and that "W" word, but the fishing was well worth it. We fished out of Buckboard catching plenty of the three pounders. Fished at 42 to 52 feet with Black Pearl behind Silver Streak dodger for most fish, and Joker behind Matrix, Hot Damn behind Shatterred dodger with about as much action. Seemed to have quite a few more boats than what we normally see, but the fish weren't in too much of a rush to scatter. A few of the males are already showing their hooked jaw, and some have a bit of color starting to show.
