Well, I enjoyed Saturday so much thinning out the trout population in American I decided to go back Sunday and do my part to help the kokes!!! Only one other boat on the water today, must have been the weather!!! I talked with him at the launch and he also did his part and took a few rainbows out of the lake!!!
But to my surprise a chunky little 13.75" kokanee couldn't resist my offering and made my whole weekends effort worth while!!! Thanks little kokanee for sacrificing your life for my smoker, and to let me know my efforts are not in vain!!!thumbsup
Water temp for this past weekend was 49 degree's in both the southern end Little American, as well as the main body, weather was terriible, wind gust to 24mph Sat. 100% precip, hail and lightning can you believe that! Sunday was abit better 90% precip. wind gusts up to 14-15mph!!! I had fun anyway, I was fishing!!!
See you out there!
