Blue Mesa starting up

heard 2 reports of Kokes being caught at Blue, Thursday 8 fish out in Front of Lake Fork Marina and Friday out in Cebolla, 10 fish limit. Cebolla fish were caught 2-3 colors down on lead line

Bobco, how does the run-off affect the koke fishing? I've seen others posting on other sites that if heavy, it can delay the bite into June and July when the lake levels increase. What has been your experience? I'm looking to try Blue Mesa for the first time for kokes and was thinking about hitting the Elk Creek area, your thoughts? Thank you.
