It was still red hot kokanee fishing in the Canyon on Friday. We fished Hideout where most of the fish marked were between 45-60 ft. It started out fast and furious and we could hardly get all the rods set. The bite slowed down around 9AM, with exception to some occasional 2-year olds. Most of the fish came on a Triple Teazer in "pearl bikini" but we also caught a couple of fish on RMT Fusion dodgers with a pink Assassin and a RMT Serpent spoons in Carribean Sunset.
Boat speed was about 1.8 mph and water temp was 65F.
Bass are spawning all over in the shallows, so we spent a couple of hours targeting them and catching the occasional rainbow. Most of those came on Hula grubs and tube jigs in watermelon.
Hope it helps, Ryno
