After a couple of years of not fishing at Causey, my son and I tried it.
We went in pursuit of Kokanee.
Vertical jigging was the method used.
My son did a lot better than I did. He caught several along with some Bows and even a nice Cutthroat.
I only caught one but it was a nice 16" Kokanee.
I was on my Toon and Korey was using his Fat Cat.
We marked fish everywhere but not a lot of love for our jigs.
I thought about bringing my lead line and dodger/spinner set up but opted to leave it home. Bad choice I'm now thinking.
