I had a post Super Bowl craving today so I made a batch of chicken wings tonight and they were delicious! Just enough spice to make an ice cold beer disappear.

2 lbs chicken wing pieces
1 cup seasoned flour
- Cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
Wash and dry wing pieces and dredge lightly with the seasoned flour
Put in heated oil, 375°, for about 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Sauce:
1 cube of butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 cup of your favorite hot sauce

Melt butter with honey and hot sauce in a large sauce pan over low to med heat. Add drained wings to sauce and toss to coat and they are ready to serve. Remove wing pieces from sauce pan and arrange on a large plate with celery stick garnish.

Dip:
Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing

So with me I am a big fan of the Siracha hot wings, I use 3 lbs of wings (from the butcher, lots less fat and waste) 1 cup franks red hot, 1/4 cup of Siracaha and 2 table spoons of garlic minced. marinate for 3-4 hours and cook on the BBQ or Treager. Hot and tasty
