What do you use to clean up your gear when it gets dull? Do any of you use a polish on your dogers? Most of my dogers are getting dull and I'm afraid that some soaps will leave residue that will not attract fish.

I use metal polish on my brass or copper dodgers and soap or steel wool on my chrome dodgers.

Another user of tooth paste to restore the shine on nickel/silver dodgers and a lemon joy user to wash the old scents/refresh of my dodgers and lures.

I;ve used my dremel tool with a litle buffing wheel to polish dodgers and lures, I haven't used the toothpaste yet. Bob R

buy a case tumbler or borrow one from a buddy that reloads ammo. Drop in your dull spoons, dodgers, anything needing polished, tumble overnight, like new in the morning
