I've got 2 $25 gift certificates from wavefishing.com to give away. He is how you can win.

New sponcer wavefishing.com has donated the prizes so lets involve them checkout there site wavefishing.com look at all there lures and tell us how you would rig them and fish them and what you would catch with them. that is how you enter and there will be one prize for the best post and the other will be a drawing from all who enter. so lets play

I like the 4-inch Paddletail and the 6-inch Shadick , I would rig these with a 3-way swivel , a bell sinker on the bottom and the lure about a 2-foot leader. Trolled at about 1.5 to 3 mph at Willard bay for Wipers.

They look fishy to me!

3" Grass craw would be deadly set up as a split shot rig and drug nice and slow over some rocky points on the Columbia River - piggy smallie guaranteed

4" Paddle tail shad - slide a 1/2 to 1 oz jig head on the puppy drift with the current along a shelf bouncing bottom for some walleye / bass action

3.5" Tiki Grub - put together a two hook rig run a smile blade or spinner in front - kokanee on!

Expected results attached! Tight lines and screaming drags!

i think the shad baits will catch plenty of sandbass here is texas.
i will be buying a lot of baits before summer. i am going to live in colorado for the summer this year. it gets to hot here in texas.

ok...

#1 5 inch bamboo stick in baby bass color..

rigged with o ring and weedless wacky style hook...

fished with no weight on an spinning outfit, up close to cover.

springtime, 50 to 65 degree water, fished slow, watch the line close.

anything acts weird. stick that fish.

#2 5 inch tiki-moko lizard in copper candy

rigged carolina with a glass bead ticker rig.

heavy-ish baicasting

springtime, near bass beds...near them, never on them

fish slow, pick up and set down. hold the rod tight, largemouth dont eat salamanders...but they sure kill them..salamanders eat bass eggs i have heard

#3 4.5 crawdude in junebug

fished as trailer on a black/blue 1/4 oz weedless bass jig

pitch into shallow water near docks and cover in the summer time, warm water 65 degrees plus

throw in, and kill it, let it set...30 sec at least, pull up with rod until you feel the jig..do not move the jig, just put tension on it. this rocks the jig in place. do this action 3 or 4 times then hop the jig a foot or 2 and try it again. again, just take up tension in line till you feel the jig.

largemouth bass...slam.kill.explode on this presentation. remember a 12 inch fish hits the same as a 5 lb fish. so set hook hard and hold on.

good luck all....love me some bass fishin....
