Made it out to Crescent for kokes for the 1st time this year. We managed 3 limits by 1pm. Hot set up was red wedding ring and home made red/yellow spinner. All fish caught with Gulp pink maggots. They turned their noses at all corn. Most of the action was off Contorta Point in 80-120 feet of water, 30-70 feet down. Drove over to Sunset Cove fish cleaning station on Odell to clean and fillet them afterwards. Glad we didn't go to Odell, it looked like the Columbia on a bad day. It was cold enough on Crescent. Man I'm getting tired of wearing my coveralls in June.101thumbsdown101

Up date. Went again on 6-25. Same set-up and bait. Fish are slowly moving toward the boy scout camp. Typical summer pattern. Good morning bite for us, we seemed to be the hottest boat in the fleet. 15 on and 10 to the boat in just over an hour. One fish was almost 16". Weather was much better too.thumbsup

Sounds like a good day on the water although I am surprised that you tried it on a week end in early winter, oops I mean summer.
