916 Towerguy,
Welcome to the forum. Looks like you have the makings of a great boat. Can't imagine how excited you must be. What extras are you planning to outfit this beauty with? Downriggers? ect. What size motors will it have?

Hey I know that guy! You'll have so much family fun once that thing is done. Those WakeAir towers are sweet!

How about a 21foot Motion Marine, 7 ft.beam (custom made sled) 175 sport jet (2 stroke) guide model 5 seats (full canvas) full boat wrap (9) colors) custom welded bracket rear of the sled for two electric mini Mag Cannon down riggers.9.9 all electric Yamaha Kicker changed prop to the 8 horse Yamaha motor changing the perfect pitch for trolling. Equiped with new electronics Garman 740 S GPS. new fobbie rod holder. Then some one woke me up from my dream

Would anybody care to add up how many $$$$ have been dreamed about or shown in pictures the last few days on this thread.

Oooo....that brings up memories. I bought my lund as a new, non registered demo boat. List price (supposedly) somewhere in the upper 60s to lower 70s. I paid right around 45 for it. Since it was a demo which was used for the lund brochure photo shoots it has every option available on it. I added cannon electric dr's, but that's about it.

Before I bought the lund I priced a new duckworth pacific nav 200 loaded up the way I wanted it with verado 200 horse on an offshore bracket, pro kicker, but no electronics, electric trolling motor, radio, etc for right at 52, which I thought was a good deal for what I would get, but just couldn't pull the trigger knowing I would probably have to invest another couple of grand to get the accessories I wanted. PLUS tax

No! But it pales in comparison to offshore boats. I just read a test of a 70' Sportfishng boat. It holds over 2000 gallons of diesel. Weight is around 116,000 lbs. It will go over 40 MPH and it burns 252 GALLONS PER HOUR AT THAT SPEED. Scary!!

It's easy to get a couple of paychecks into a nice boat. I've enjoyed seeing all of your rides!!!!!!101goodpost101

I don't know about you, but a couple of my paychecks wouldn't even pay for some of the motors on this thread.101duh101laugh hyst

Gonefishing,
I couldn't agree with you more. And the sooner the hardwater gets off the lakes the sooner we can see some of these new boats in action. I've enjoyed checking out this tread this week and seeing some of the new boats that are out there. Can't wait to see some more.

Close your eyes,,,,,,,visualize a tiny little 14' smokercraft,,,,,trolling motor up front. Now, visualize a cooler up front with limits of kokanee on ice. That would be my favorite kokanee fishing boat.!!

current ride; 17.5 thuderjet powerbolt... 16 degree hull, off shore bracket, scotty electrics, hummingbird electronics. Suzuki 90 & 9.9

--went with smaller length so could launch from rustic launches or off the beach...deeper V for smoother ride in the chop

Like most here what I have seems to fit the bill. It's not perfect (they are all a compromise) but my tub does a lot of things.
