I'm looking for information on molds for the pancake downrigger weights I would like to buy the mold if anyone as information on that subject PM me thanks

If you cant find a real mould, You can make one using a very small frying pan. I use a 6" Cast Iron pan & pour in about 1/2" lead then do another. I used a piece of 1/8" plastic for the fin, then bolt both halves together and paint.
The slope on the sides of the frying pan lets them drop out real easy & you could use about anything for the fin.
If it was as easy for me to post picts as it was making one I'd post them! laugh hyst.....Kokonuts

I made my first one 8 lbs, I had to take the grinder to take off a little and shape it. A little trail & error and you could make a 10 lb. or what ever you need.
Also depends on the size of the frying pan, I found it at the trift store, only a couple of bucks!
