I'm not sure it this is the proper place to post this but I hope it may be helpful to anglers that are new to our sport.

I have just completed several video's on downrigging techniques and placed them in our "tips" section on our website.

These video's are not fancy by design but combined with the literature in the tips section they can be very helpful to someone new to our sport.

Here is a link to the "Tips" section of our website, be sure to scroll down and see all of the video's:

Please let me know what you think of this so I can make changes in the future.

Thank you

Hey Vance

Thanks for the info and the variety. They validate ones technique as well as validating many of the posts on this website from others more seasoned anglers chasing fin critters. I personally gleaned some valuable pointers on rod selection. Don't apologize about the video quality or the sound quality, it was just fine! Thanks again for sharing.

Great Stuff, Vance...

I've been fishing with downriggers for kokanee for one season now and picked up a few good pointers on your web seminar. I'm even going to have my wife look at it. Thanks for the contribution!

Enjoyed the video's. Sometimes I would be trolling to fast for the action of the dodger. It takes years to build such an expertise and the quality of these video's show that. Fantastic job Vance. thumbsup

Hi Guy's,

We plan on cleaning up our site and adding more video's in the future.

Thank you for posting your thoughts, it is great knowing that the video's are helpful answering question on trolling and downrigging techniques.

Great stuff Vance! It will really help the people just getting into the sport as well as you said it can be intimidating with downrigging especially but once you go through it a few times then it is second nature. Nicely done!

Hi Kevin,

You have done some terrific video's and I greatly appreciate your views and comments.

Through the years of guiding and doing seminars I found that it is much easier to show the processes of trolling both with and without downriggers, than to try and explain them.

Fortunately with modern technology we can now do this fairly inexpensively. It was my goal to be able to do this on the internet and provide this opportunity for people new to our sport and hopefully expand the process to help more "seasoned" anglers with a tip or two.

Our website is old technology and has not been updated in years. We are planning on not only updating our website we will be adding more helpful videos along the way.

All comments are helpful and if you have any ideas please send me a p.m.

Thank you

Vance
