Finally got the boat out on the pond today. With the way the weather has been figured it swould be June before it got warm enough and the wind quit blowing mach 90. Didn't get on the lake until about ten but by then it had warmed up a little, and the water was glass until we left. Fishing was slow but did manage a couple of two pound kokes. Water temp was 40-42 degrees and we fished from swim to anvil. Overall it was a good trip for the maiden voyage this year. It will only get better from now on.
