I picked up a Scotty 1091 down rigger this last fall on an auction for $60 and had it mounted on my little fold cat, this was a big improvement over an old riviera that was given to me. I had been looking for another down rigger and finally found one today. I picked up a Scotty 1080 on ebay for $103 including shipping. It was advertised as a 1060, but all of the pictures are of a 1080. I wanted the tilt up function so this will fit the bill.
I use the shuttlehawk with these so I am not having to crank them up and it has worked great so far with the tilt up feature making it much easier to retrieve the shuttlehawk and to get setup again. Now the weather just needs to warm up.
