Fish Alarms for Kokanee Rods .

I have 2 ultra light spinning rods that I have been using for about 5 yrs now and love them . I am presently looking for an inexpensive fishing alarm to use with them in conjunction with my downriggers . I would like something so I don 't have to visually monitor the rods all the time . I have tried the bells that fit on the tip of your pole but don 't like them . Does anyone have any suggestions or tried any out ? Thanks !

I have solved my problem . I have Scotty Downriggers and my rod holders are Scotty so they are compatible with each other . I already have alarms mounted on my rod holders . I have simulated a kokanee bite and the alarm will work fine .
