Fishing by moon phases

I'm planning next years fishing trip. tooexcited I was wondering if anyone has a Opinion on how the moon phases affect fishing. laugh hyst I have the "Hunting/Fishing" thing on my GPS and have had some of my best day's fishing on "Poor Fishing" days. 101smily101 I'm trying to stack the odds in my favor, so would you plan for a fishing trip when the moon is Dark or Full ???

I've never liked going during a full moon but like you I have had some of my best days fishing. I have also had some worst days during full phase. I was just at the Gorge a couple of days ago during the full phase and a very good day. While there those who like the almanac of choosing days, I just go for relaxation. Its fishing, the frustration hits when equipment failure happens which in general I'm relaxaing. I like a cold beverage when I'm in the mood which is almost always. thumbsup
