Flaming Gorge soft/hard water

Anyone fished the Lucerne area within the past few days. Can a boat still be launched? How's the ice at swim beach? Lastly, has anyone ran through Horseshoe or is that probably iced up?

I was up around 8th and you could launch out of sheep creek or lucern horseshoe had about a inch of ice in it. the cut was solid. hope this helps.
