Robbie from R & K Spinners and the Kokaneekid with a couple of nice early season kokanee...
Here is the top gear of the trip.... tackle can be found at kokaneekidfishing.com. We were 5 for 20 on this trip and I hate to admit it... One triple, two double, and the normal early season singles with only 5 fish to show for it... I'm going to blame the super long setback and early season super soft mouths on that... Fish were all in the top 15 feet of water with a few at 50. I would recommed attacking the deeper fish when you see them we picked up a few hits moving the downrigger down after the boat had passed by.
Really nice looking fish in the 10 to 11 inch range but I did pick on one 12 incher with the Cousin Carl and Gold and Silver wedding ring.
Here is the real reason I kokanee fish I haven't had a dinner this good since October at Odell Lake...
