Hot sink hook up for a Yamaha T8

I have been thinking about adding a warm water sink to my boat. I've seen the setup on guide boats etc. Does anyone know how to set it up? I read a little bit about it on other websites and it sounds fairly simple. I thought that someone out there may have some experience with this.

I'd be very, very surprised if you could do it with your kicker motor. I think most are plumbed off an I/O like a heater core in a car. To use an outboard, you've have to figure out a way to capture some of the waste cooling water from the pee stream. If that impedded the cooling flow, that would be bad.

I did a google search on "kicker motor hot water sink" and the first topic returned is a link to some good info with pictures and information about a Honda kicker hot water sink.
