I made my first trip out to the regulating reservoir on Sunday. Fished from 11-4. Water is still cold, surface started at 42 warmed up to 47ish during the day. 43.5 at 5 feet, 42.8 at 10 and 42 down to 45 feet. Fishing was slow. 4 hook-ups 2 landed on a pink dodger with a white and pink willow leaf spinner and hoochie at about 1.4 mph. Fish hooked were in 18-20 feet of water 12 feet down. Saw several bigger schools but no takers. Might have been perch.
