The curlys crew (Jason, Colby and myself) Hit the lake on the 11th to find that the state has not brought the docks into the ramp yet. So Colby had to make a jump for it from shore the the boat and got soaked in the process.
The fishing was ok for us. In a couple of hours we boated a doz or so rainbows and lost about another doz befor the wind blew us off the pond. Baits of choice were curlys in orange tiger and the new kokanee flee both trailing behind dodgers. It was great getting on the soft deck for the first time of the season.

Good way to start out the season. Always hear good fishing reports from Hyrum Res., but have never tried it myself. Cruised near there a few times on my way to the Pig. 101goodpost101
